Utah Valley Woodcarvers Club
Welcome to the Utah Valley Woodcarvers Club home. Our club is based in Utah county Utah but our members come from many surrounding counties.
Our members interests cover the gambit from chip carving to caricature carving and everything in between. While some members specialize in one style of carving, many members enjoy carving in several different styles.
The club meets on the second Thursday on the month. We have refreshments served at 5:30 pm and the meeting starts at 6:00 pm. and we often go until around 8:30 pm. We also hold an open carve on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. (except for those days a class is scheduled). All club events are held at Treeline USA, 1221 E 1120 S, Provo, Utah unless otherwise noted.
What better way to improve you skills than by taking a class. We sponsor classes from some of the most talented carving instructors in the country. The classes are held at Treeline USA in the class room. Check out our classes page and see what is scheduled.
It's time for our picnic. August 14, 2014 6:00 pm
Check out the events page and find the directions to the park in Payson for our annual picnic. Bring the family and enjoy the shade and good food. The club will provide the meat and utensils, and the members will bring the rest so watch the newsletter for food assignments. Bring your carvings to show off too. The picnic is always a fun time to meet together and enjoy friends, fun and good food. Hope to see you there.
Celebrating July 24th at the Park.
Several club members spent July 24th in the park showing off our club. From telling about our club to carving "5 minute" owls, a great time was had by all. Check out the pictures of the fun.
